Foreshore and waterfront development


Services include:

  • existing character analyses for inclusion in statements of environmental effects;
  • assessment of visual impact of waterside and foreshore development against relevant planning controls.

 

We are also able to provide photography services meeting the requirements under Sydney Harbour Foreshores Area Development Control Plan that development applications involving new buildings and work adjacent to or visible from the water be accompanied by photographs of the site taken from the water.
